Carmel Valley Campsite

Carmel Valley Campsite is situated just outside George, on the Victoria Bay road. On your arrival you will be welcomed by the famous Knysna Loerie and the perfect setting of our newly renovated bush style campsite is situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by trees, close to the Victoria Bay beach and far enough from the day to day traffic!

In the context of the Bible, Carmel is referred to as a “fruitful field”. We do believe that this campsite will be a fruitful field, where many children and young people will come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.

Michael and Yolanda van Rensburg were appointed as camp management and started on the 18th February 2008. As Carmel has been the victim of tremendous vandalism they had the enormous task of renovating and upgrading Carmel Valley.

We are now proud to announce that Carmel Valley Campsite is up and running again. They ran their first camp from 9 – 11 May 2008, and the bookings are streaming in!
